I really can't see the big deal about smoking outdoors. Where I work people used to complain that we need a smoking area in the building. So then we had a smoking area in the building. Then they complained no one should smoke inside at all. Now people smoke outside. Now I hear people complaining there's people smoking outside.

Then if no one ever smokes at all anywhere, I can hear them still complaining of when people used to smoke.

The moral of the story is people will complain no matter what.

Basically. I had a woman come outside yesterday when I was outside of my house to tell me that the smoke was coming in thru the window. Huh? There's no chance, lady. Also, I've had people walk past me outside while I was smoking and do that fake cough like it's really hurting them. If you see me there smoking and you don't like the smoke, walk somewhere else... I'm in the designated smoking area, jerk.

Because some people just dont like smoke, and its unhealthy. Even if it is outside it still sits there most of the time. You can always find the smoker no matter where you are.

Yeah it is, whenever im at a race or football game, someone lights up and the whole area is affected.

True but yet we sit in traffic breathing exhaust fumes,eat unhealthy foods,don't get enough excercise,talk on the cell phone while driving ect. and no one blinks an eye to these very unhealthy things.

Smoking in public places blowing smoke in other peoples faces and risking them for cancer as well, because you'd like to have a smoke seems pretty rude to me.

Some think it's a satanic habbit and others don't really care.
Not much different than talking on the cell phone while driving endangering my life. No I don't have a cell phone and don't think I ever will.
