his name is rob droege from missouri, he tore his acl in the pre-season. tom thayer is very high on him as well saying he has the feet to play LT in the nfl.
aaron gibson is gone.
the bears tried to move tait to LT in training camp but it aggrivated his groin injury (right leg, which is your anchor & pivot leg at LT).
regardless if tait moves to LT or not it is almost a certainty that the bears will address the o-line with one of their first two picks. they will have another OT and OG in the mix either via the draft or FA. the OT will be brought in to either start at LT or compete with colombo at RT.
i would like to see the bears try q mitchell out at guard, as that's what he played in his practice squad stint with the browns. i feel a heated competition between q mitchell, edwards, tucker and metcalf should create a decent starting option at RG.
