No way, I think that Grossman will be the leader of the team... I think the Bears really need him to be healthy in order to be successful. It's been a long time since a young QB looked decent playing in a Bears uni, and I'm hoping that this is just a sign of things to come.

And I'm sick, no room for sense of humor...lol
