How do you figure good vs bad teams? Your playing both sides of the fence. One sentence the Seahawks are average at best the next they were in the superbowl and should have could have would have. Maybe the Lions have improved like you think the Eagles have. Let me refresh your memory. Last year the Eagles finished 6-10 last in their division. The Lion 5-11 last in theirs that's how I compare teams. So all of a sudden the Eagles are great? The Giants finished 11-5 so they're as bad or as good as the Eagles you say?
Eagles(6-10) are a lot closer to the Lions(5-11) last year. Than the Giants(11-5).
BTW be carefull with direct personal insults/attacks.

It's usually one of their good/only aspects of the game. I haven't figured it out yet.

last year isnt this year is it? How can you go by records for teams last year? It is only week 2 but teams are showing what they are or arent- Obviously teams like the raiders, packers, buccs, lions dolphins... arent very good and need to improve. The Eagles, Ravens, and others have showed that they are better than last year. You cant judge teams by how they did last year, but teams like the Seahawks who were in the SB and did nothing but add good players should be playing better.

NYG I know what your saying and I agree that the Eagles are better than the Lions. It's just that Falcon71283 seems to think the Eagles are as good as the Giants and I think they're closer to the Lions. We can't judge a team by one or two games. The season is young and I think we all are ready to predict the whole season. When we really know better.

I think the Bears are still using a little bit of the element of surprise!! They're D is great as usual, but I think everyone is still putting them in as a running team and not a complete good offensive team. They are exploiting teams with their TE's and playaction plays. I think this will catch up with them and they will go back to running the ball a bit more but I think for once, in very long time, the Bears may be consistently good on offense.

When you play in the Northeast, you have to be able to run the ball. When those winds start to blow, and the temp starts to drop, you need to run. I think the Bears will be fine.
