Bad news for Bears fans - dude had a monster season.
He'll look great in a Skins uniform
[/b]
Hey man, I am wondering who is your starting linebacker since Lavar left?

Bah, the NFL is a business. He is not a slave to Chicago for life.

So did Colvin and so did Holdman. Playing next to #54 makes good LBs look like superstars. Where was Briggs when Urlacher was hurt? When #54 wasn't on the field Briggs didn't look nearly as impressive. Now thats not to say I don't like Briggs because I do. However Briggs IMO is a product of a scheme that makes Will LBs stars and that coupled with him playing next to #54 makes him look better than he is.

Why did everyone forget that Briggs put up good numbers while Urlacher was injured? Let's look at what he did in 2004:

Started all 16 games at WLB after moving from SLB in the off-season and lead Bears in tackles
Led team in tackles in 8 games including 2 games with career-high 17
Named Pro Bowl second-alternate at OLB after recording 168 tackles including 10 TFLs and 0.5 sack
Produced one of Bears team-record six defensive TDs with INT return score

probably Holdman, since it's unlikely they'll start that rookie McIntosh.

Sounds like he's ready to come to Tampa to replace Brooks.
