Weakest schedule in the league + a verifiable QB = anything less than 12 wins / players must be sacrificed at mid field.

I was thinking more like some coaches. Turner,Babich ect....

Too obvious, besides our problems stem from players holding-out for more money/new contracts, then their playing immediately goes M.I.A before the ink is even dry.
