Bengals | C. Henry will have to use breathalyzer to start his car

Barrett J. Brunsman, of the Cincinnati Enquirer, reports Cincinnati Bengals WR Chris Henry will need to blow into a breathalyzer before he can start his car, a Clermont County Municipal Court judge ruled Tuesday, June 20. Judge Victor M. Haddad granted Henry's request to be allowed back behind the wheel as long as whatever car he drives has an ignition interlock system. Henry's attorney, Edward C. Perry, requested that Henry be allowed to drive to and from his job with the Bengals, regardless of the time or day. Assistant Prosecutor Carol Rowe did not object as long as the car had an interlock system.
