Default Cincinnati beats Pittsburgh

What a win over the Steelers. To me, this leaves Cincy as the only AFC team in a position to make a run at the Colts in the playoffs. We'll see though.

I thought the Bengals would have a decent year, but they look great this year. You can telll that organization is hungry for a Superbowl (not saying Pittsburgh isn't). Carlson Palmer is the real deal, and you can't forget about "The Johnsons"

They already gave the Coltls a good game this year, but in the NFL it only matters what teams stay or get hot around playoff time.

I have always loved the Bengals. I hope they have what it takes to make a run at the Colts in the playoffs.

I have to admit that the Bengals are very entertaining to watch this year. That Steelers game was simply amazing to watch. I don't think they have close to enough talent to match up with the Colts in the AFC, but I think in a few years they will definitely be a Super Bowl contendor. I think their other gap is their lack of experience. They are very young, which has its advantages, but also will allow a team like the Patriots, which have a ton of playoff experience, to upset them in the playoffs.

The Bengals have one of the few offenses that can keep up with the Colts, However I think that Denvers power running game would give the Colts deffense the most problems. Most of their players are small and quick after a while they will run down.

To tell you the truth, I really don't think you are going to beat the Colts by just outscoring them with pure offense. Their defense has been just so dominant that you may score a couple times, but not much more than that. I think the only way you are going to beat them is to completely shut out their offense and Peyton Manning, which granted is next to impossible, but in my mind is the only way to win. You know going into the game that you won't score that much with their defense, so if you want to have a chance, I think you need to hold their offense to two touchdowns or less.

It would be hard to purely out score the Colts if it was ging to be done the Bengals could be the only team that could do it. The Broncos have a good running attack that whould let them controll the clock so instead of a pure shoot out like the Bengals tried last time Denver could bet them 24-21. The chargers are a dark horse as far a betting them because of LT.
