This definitely isn't over a money matter because Jones is already overpaid. Jones, who has dealt with chronic knee injuries, was benched at certain points in 2007. He may be worried about the Bengals using their top pick on a left tackle to replace him or moving LG Andrew Whitworth out to his spot.
