Smith agrees to deal with Browns

Smith, who had spent two different tenures with the TennesFree agent defensive tackle Robaire Smith agreed to a four-year deal with the Cleveland Browns Wednesday evening.

Tampa? Heck don't they already have 4 QBs? The Vikes aren't gonna get a trade up. Detroit will or the Raiders but I don't think the Raiders will give away their #1.
