Kellen Winslow has delayed offseason knee and shoulder surgeries in hopes of playing in February's Pro Bowl.
If the team is letting him do this, Winslow's surgeries must not be significant. He will likely replace Antonio Gates (dislocated toe) on the AFC roster.

As a fan i wouldnt be happy about that. Just go to Hawaii and watch the game lol/
Antonio Gates will play in the Pro Bowl on February 10.
This is a surprise, as he was expected to have surgery on his dislocated big toe after San Diego was eliminated from the postseason. It appears Gates doesn't need the procedure now. This will be Gates' fourth consecutive Pro Bowl appearance. Top alternate Kellen Winslow will be staying home. Feb. 1 - 6:12 pm et

I do not agree with this, but I can sorta see where he is coming from though. He may never get this chance again, so he just probably thought he would do this. A bit stupid though, as if he gets injured, seriously in the pro bowl, then the Browns are without a starter for the season. Silly boy.
