Browns receiver Donté Stallworth will plead guilty today to DUI manslaughter

Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports Browns receiver Donté Stallworth will plead guilty today to DUI manslaughter as part of a plea agreement, a league source said Monday night.
On June 4, Stallworth entered a plea of not guilty, and a pre-trial meeting had been set for July 7. He was facing a sentence of four to 15 years in prison if convicted.
The guilty plea likely means Stallworth, 28, will spend some time in jail. It is not known yet what disciplinary action the NFL will take, but the league will start to take action after today's plea agreement is an nounced.
