Might as well change that to any Non SEC team. Its almost at that point now, even teams like Oregon can't afford even just 1 loss, while 2 loss SEC teams swarm the top 10. If any team outside the SEC wants to get in they have to go undefeated now, sad but its true the SEC bias is just unreal in this ranking system

It's not bias if its true, it's just fact. If ND had a loss Oregon (who didn't win their conference or division) would be in, as would ND or KSU along with Bama and Florida. I still maintain that the five best teams in the country are in the SEC.

Oregon had one bad game...I don't understand why everyone has written them off based off that one game. Why not write of Bama afte their loss to A&M? Let's not forget about OSU also. I don't know if they are a top 5 team or not, but they are undefeated (yes I know they had a very weak sched).

Well, their schedule may have been soft but they sure did look good. OSU should probably be at least considered if eligible...

Undefeated in one if the big five conferences will always win out in the four team playoff. No undefeated would be left out in favor of a one loss. The only risk is that all five major conferences produce an undefeated, but that is very unlikely. Most of the time the last two spots in the playoffs will be decided between one loss teams.

Florida didn't win their conference or division either. Bias has them in over Oregon. Go ahead and bring up their SOS like I know you want to, but I'd say that's inflated as well. Don't get me wrong, I think Florida is maybe the best team in the country, but I could say that about Oregon as well. I still maintain the SEC doesn't even have half of the top five teams in the country.
