USC would have been ahead if Barkley was QB as the other USC qb was horrible.

Granted, they should have adjusted to the talent level, however I would say that Kiffin can definitely get USC to 8 wins each year if each recruiting class is filled with 5star and 4star athletes.

Only 8 wins a season is not good enough at USC, especially with their recruiting class which is always in the top ten. I give Kiffin two more seasons at 8 wins or less before he is fired.

Kiffin isn't a bad coach, he's just poor at managing the game. He's not in danger yet, but if he doesn't get USC back on top in the next few years, he's gone.

The team isn't awful, they just couldn't keep up with injuries this season.

I say can him. Preseason #1, espn's only darling that wasn't SEC SEC SEC, heisman candidate QB, all of thee above fell to ruin. Lost his last three games including a third tier bowl game vs a second tier ACC team. Recruits go to USC because its USC, not because of Lame Kiffin. Same is true at Bama(or just insert any SEC team name), Notre Dame, Texas, Oklahoma(tell me why anyone not from OK would go there? It's a brand not a beach), Ohio st ect ect. Kiffin will get another yr. I believe they will challenge for the PAC 12, but they do every yr anyway. So they'll likely keep him again. And yet they will still have no more coaches trophies in the case
