Before we address the QB situation, I think something has to be done about our coaches on the offensive side of the ball. Jeff Bowden is an absolute joke of an OC. How can you possibly justify throwing the ball about 75% of the time against UF when their Run D has been atrocious all year long and we have Leon and Lorenzo. We are ranked somewhere past 110 in the nation in 3rd down conversions which is unacceptable. Bobby will never take off his blinders and see what a piss poor OC his sorry *** son is. Daryl Dickey is a sorry *** QB coach as well. The job before he was QB coach at FSU, he was a head coach at a catholic school in Tallahassee. How the hell does one get a job at FSU after being a HS coach.
I'm thinking though that someone may finally take the fall for this lackluster offensive performance all year long. I have a membership over at warchant.com and read the tribal council area all the time and they have a lot of boosters who post there, guys who write for the Osceola Newspaper who have been covering FSU sports for a very long time and of course the guys who work for warchant. They are hearing there is a 90% chance 1 guy will be demoted to another position and 50% chance another will as well. My best guess is Darly Dickey gets booted from the QB coaching job, and rightfully so, our QB's have the worst mechanics and he doesn't seem to develop anyone. My other guess is probably Odell Haggins who is our offensive line coach. He absolutely sucks too and we have by far the most overrated offensive line in the country as well. Unfortunatly, i'm sure Jeff will be coaching at FSU until his daddy retires, which really f'n sucks.
As far as the QB position goes, I hope to God, Bobby opens it up for Xavier Lee and Drew Weatherford next year because Wyatt isn't FSU caliber. He needs to follow Fabian Walker to Valdosta St. With Jeff coaching the offensive we need a mobil QB who can strive in a wide open offense like Xavier Lee, basically everyone run out and i'll find the open guy, because that's more complex then anything that sorry *** Jeff Bowden is running.
