I think back to all the pre-season magazines and shows and what they said about FSU. The defense will struggle, and the offense could be as good as 1999, and that FSU will have to outscore people............................................ .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ....................................




















Seriously though....I'd pit our defense against any offense in the country. The offense has so many issues. Rix is thankfully GONE now. I hope Wyatt isn't just given the keys next year. I hope Drew and Xavier get to battle it out.

Leon and Booker are back, but our WR core is gonna take a huge blow. Stovall, Robinson, and Thorpe are all gone. Only Davis will return.

FSU needs to eliminate the kicker position from the roster. Just do what I do on NCAA...go for it. Always. No matter what the distance. Might as well. Not gonna make a FG anyways. Use that roster spot for another skill position player.

The D is great, but was obviously worn out due to all of the time they were on the field in the fourth. Fason was running all over them.

One good thing about the WRs being gone...they've consistently dropped balls throughout their tenure at FSU...get some new blood in there, some guys who can catch...

Purple, I wish I had your optimism next season, but as long as Jeff Bowden is our offensive coordinator, we're going to consistantly underachieve and be 8-3 every year, maybe get lucky and win 9 games. And if it means Bobby has to go, then so be it. It can't get any worse then it is right now for us. And people can spare me the recruiting crap, we're in the recruiting hot bed of the entire country, Zook had NO problem finding players after Spurrier left and whomever takes over next for Bowden won't have problems finding athletes who can play. Our QB's don't develop, whatsoever. And we have the most overrated offensive line in the entire country.

Not gonna make excuses for the game, the Gators came out firing and they beat us. It was a helluva game for the most part. I have tons of respect for Zook and if a Croc coach had to beat us, then I guess i'd have to chose Zooker. When a team needs a coach next season, hopefully people give him a long hard look. Fason went out with a bang at UF, and i'm saying this because I think he goes pro at the end of the year. Only RB all season who had his way with our defense. I won't completely blame the defense though, our offense went 3 and out just about the entire game and they were on the field about the entire first half.
