He does take alot of the blame himself, what you would expect. one part I found very telling was what he said here.

Why? After a long pause, Zimmer said, "I don't have an answer for that."

I think that is one of the reason I will not be too upset when BP leaves. We had some good coaches here Zimmerman, Payten and Gibbs but BP would not them do their thing with out his hands all over it.
