T.O. back on the field

Quote:
After missing the past three practices because of a sore hamstring, receiver Terrell Owens returned for Thursday's lone Cowboys workout session.
It did put to an end, for now, the notion that this would be a similar situation as last season when he missed 14 consecutive camp workouts because of a hamstring injury and played in one preseason game.
"That was a decision Coach made. I'm not going to argue with him," Owens said. "I think when you start playing this game and go through as many training camps as I've been through, you know what you are going to get.... For myself, I train a lot before I get to camp. I probably did a little too much before I came to camp. [It's] a case of tired legs."
Owens said this camp is run more along the lines of the way other training camps are run under coaches not named Bill Parcells.
"Soft? No. Different coaching styles? Yes," Owens said. "It was different when coach Parcells was here. You don't see those types of things. When I was in San Francisco, those are the things they did with veterans."
Ellis on verge of return
Linebacker Greg Ellis is expected to be cleared for practice today, a team source said.
He hasn't practiced since the first day of camp, when he left because of pain from bursitis in his left heel after a torn left Achilles' tendon ended his season last year. He has participated in strength and conditioning drills since, but no team practice.
Ellis has said that he would address his contract situation today. He wants a contract extension and has hinted that by today he would have his situation resolved.
He has stated before that he is unhappy with his contract and the fact that the Cowboys drafted his apparent replacement in Anthony Spencer.
Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones said he would not renegotiate Ellis' contract.

I remember watching Training Camp and this guy yelled. "I'll give you 50 bucks for every ball you catch!" T.O. was a good sport and turned to the camera and said. "I'm making money off the field too, payin' me 50 bucks for each ball I catch."
