ware expects big things in his second season
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/column...e=NFLHeadlines
excerpt:
"Well, I managed to get one foot in front of the other, I guess, but I've still got a ways to go yet until I'm really up to speed," said Ware, the 11th player chosen overall in the 2005 draft and the first linebacker off the board, one slot ahead of Merriman, who was taken by San Diego. "It wasn't until the very end of the season before things started coming naturally to me. It's hard when stuff you're trying to do isn't second nature, where almost every move, you're thinking, 'OK, what now? What do I have to do to keep from messing this up?' Already this year, just in the minicamps and stuff, I feel so much quicker. And that's a result of being more confident and knowing what I'm doing. So, yeah, it's time to start walking the walk, and to be a lot more consistent, too."

I have been hearing good things conditioning wise about the Cowboys young Defensive players.

Good... Demarcus Ware is going to be a beast this season... I am so glad that we have him on our team...

I like ware and was high on him last season, but I think that he needs to be careful, he could easkily be obscure in a couple of years. He definitely has all the abilities, but he has a tendency to overplay on some plays and can be taken out of a play. I like him a lot and think that he has a lot of potential, I just can't put him in merrimen's class yet.

Two parts of his game that I would like him to work on are 1, get another pass rushing move. 2, do better on runs to the outside.
1.Dallas likes their rookies to get real good at a pet move and then start working on another move the next season so this should be taking care of.
2. He seemed to me to be playing the OLB against the run still as a DE he needs to make sure the play does not get outside of him. This one he just needs more time to get use to being a OLB instead of a DE.

The Ware/ Merriman debate is gonna be interesting, as Dallas passed on Merriman for Ware. Merriman had a better rookie year, and as of right now is the better player, but we will see how they compare at the end this year. I think with the additions od Adoyele, and Carpenter, our LB core could be alot stronger than last year, and Ware should benefit from that.

he could definitely benefit from that, but how much more is the D going to play, because of the ignoring of the problems with the oline.

I honestly think the Oline will be better, not great but serviceable, Fabiani may not be an ALL-Pro but he is an upgrade over the human turnstile that was Pettite. The key is Adams staying healthy, the line wasnt that bad when he was in the lineup

you are definatly right there on both accounts, tho whoever loses the center job will make a decent reserve on the interior
