They had to start somewhere might as well be the last guy picked, that way when they get to the top pick they already know who much he can make. I read some where that they had an agreement with their E.J Henderson because he got hurt at a mini camp and will miss the season they were or will be able to get something thing done quickly.

The Cowboys agreed to terms Monday with seventh-round pick Pat McQuistan, the offensive tackle from Weber State. The club is expected to sign McQuistan (6-6, 314) to a four-year deal worth in the neighborhood of $1.67 million.
McQuistan, the 211th overall pick in the draft, will receive a minimum base salary of $275,000 this season, followed by salaries of $360,000, $445,000 and $530,000 in the following three seasons.
tru dat manster, you gotta start somewhere. This is an alright signing although his twin brother Paul is the better player and was drafted much higher.

Thats true, but Pat is still a decent prospect in the 7th round who could devlope into a starter down the road.
Stacy is still with the Bengals he played in 14 games last year but no starts. He is listed as a tackle and at 6'7" 350 lbs he should be able to take over for Anderson at RT. He was one of the players I wanted Dallas to get a couple of drafts back.
