Default Cowboys Playoff hopes

For the Cowboys to get in they have to win against the Rams and get a little help from some other teams.

A.) The Panther loose to the Falcons. Cowboys in Panthers out.

B.) The Redskins loose to the Eagles. Cowboys in Redskins out

C.) The Giants and Buccs Loose. Cowboys in Buccs out. This would come down to the fourth tie breaker quality of win in the teams 10 wins. It can not be decided untill the last game is over.

Of the three I would like to see the Cowboys in and the Panthers out. I dont have anything against the Panthers but I think it would be funny to have 3 Teams from the NFC East in the playoffs and the Eagles would not be one of them.

I love looking at all the different scenarios...I think the Cowboys have a good chance of making it. Eagles or Falcons will want to go out on a good note and play the role of spoilers.

It is a weird situation. It is tough for Dallas now that the Redskins have stepped up. It's tough for most of the NFC these days. The NFC has not yet established all four division leaders. I hope that the Redskins beat the Eagles, and that Oakland beats the Giants. I would rather see the Redskins take the division.

If Atlanta defeats Carolina, then Dallas is in -- as long as the Cowboys beat the Rams, LOL. It sucks to depend on so many variables to get into the Playoffs. It should be skill that gets a team in... But, I will take whatever the Cowboys can get A Playoff run now could help the team in the next few years...
