The following is a version of the popular Magic Number scenario so often used down the home stretch of the MLB season. Basically the number corresponding to the team it follows is the number of any combination of wins by Dallas or loses by that team in order for Dallas to "eliminate" that team from consideration for taking either the NFC East or Wild Card position from Dallas. Head to Head for non-division opponents has been calculated in. Once a series is complete with division opponents I will calculate it then. If any team should have a magic number higher then the games remaining I will then revert to NFL tie breakers to adjust the number.
