Default Rumor: Pac Man and Cowboy's agree to deal

Quote:
According to RotoTimes sources, Pacman Jones and the Cowboys have agreed to terms on a deal that would allow the talented defensive back/special teamer to play in Dallas this season. The Titans gave Jones and his agent permission to seek a trade, but at this point there are no definitive or confirmed terms to report. While Jones and the Cowboys may have agreed to compensation between the two parties, Jerry Jones and Tennessee have to reach an agreement as well. Stay tuned.

March 20, 2008
The Dallas Cowboys and Tennessee Titans are discussing a trade that would grant Pacman Jones his wish of coming to Texas, according to the Dallas Morning News. Per the report nothing is imminent, but the two teams have discussed a late-round draft pick as compensation.

Like it or not, its looking more and more like Pac Man will be a Cowboy at some point

I just hope this wont stop us from drafting one early

MAybe not one in the first round but with Henry being 32 and Newman 30 it would not be a bad idea.

If he stays out of trouble he can help the cowboys a lot. He is still a good corner no matter what he does in his personal life.

personaly I think with everything that hangs in the Balance With Pac Man, I dont think tradeing for him should change any of our draft stratagys. You could find yourself in a position down the road where something may happen to Pac Man, and your left with a void

It is in the agreement that if a team takes on a problem player and that player does something wrong, then the team could be subject to fines and possibly losing picks.

If he straightens out... this would be a huge win for the Cowboys.
