Cowboys set report date for Oxnard camp: July 24
Tony Romo, Terrell Owens and the rest of the Dallas Cowboys will report to training camp in Oxnard on July 24 and begin their three-week practice schedule on July 25.
The Cowboys are returning to Oxnard's River Ridge complex because of a scheduling conflict with the Alamodome in San Antonio. The team will resume its five-year camp contract with San Antonio next year.
The Cowboys last trained here in 2006.
The team is tentatively scheduled to leave Oxnard on Aug. 12 for Denver, where they'll practice with the Broncos for two days before playing a preseason game on Aug. 16.
Dallas won the NFC East title last year with a 13-3 mark, and figure to be a favorite to win the NFC title.
