CBS4Denver reports Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall will not face punishment from the NFL for his latest brush with the law.
Marshall's attorney Harvey Steinberg told CBS4's Reggie Rivers that a letter received from the league puts the matter to rest.
In that letter, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell says he will not suspend Marshall for an arrest earlier this year in Atlanta.
Marshall was taken into custody after an argument with his fiancee. She was also arrested at the time. The next day, however, all charges were quickly dropped.
