I think they can win anywhere from 7-9 games this year...in that division all you need is health and a D, I like the potential they have on D and their coach has had soem pretty nice ones as well.

I think there are gonna be some pretty surprised folks this year.

The problem is, you can't predict what this coaching staff and array of new players are gonna look like coming out of the gate.

Quarterbacks - If Martz didn't like what he has seen so far after working with them, Leinart wouldn't (I should say shouldn't, cause Millen is a freakin idiot) have been passed up. I've always liked McCown, and I still don't know what kept him in Denny's doghouse.

WR's - They are now getting their wakeup call and being forced to get off of their lazy hind quarters.

Defense - This is Marinelli's bread and butter, and the Lions just drafted an LB with the mentality of a hitman.

In a nutshell, I think the Lions are finally on the upside.
