Well the season is over and the offseason has began. I've heard a few trade rumors from other forums and I'm actually hopeing a couple of them go through. Also, this site has a weekly G.M thing and I am going to try and post it here b/c it's pretty cool.

BTW, I did not make that. lol. But heres who this guy has as the starting lineup for next year. I don't agree with everything but overall it is pretty good.

If they do trade for Vilma....remember who called it first


IMO that would be a "Franchise Maker" along with Campbell. Thats D would be well its way to being like Chicago before this season

The only thing their I really dont like is Talib, I think he is a first round guy

They have the lions takeing him in the first.

Dwight Lowery is a tank though. He would have been a top 15 pick if he would have had a year like his last (he had nine INTS). I really like the idea of the lions drafting 2 corners though.

The thing that dissapoints me with this though is where is Jamaal Charles lol! he is a neccesity in the draft this year.

Also, Roy Williams doesn't fit a Tampa 2

I would love that trade long time (expect with our pick, not Clevelands), but it aint happening

What do you think Shaun Rodgers is worth (Draft wise)? I would say a second round pick b/c when he shows up to play, he is a top 5 DT. Getting him to show up is the tricky part.

Probobly a first, depending on how old he is

Also, I think Burnett would be a better fit for Detroit than Carpenter.

Burnett is more of a 4-3 LB than a 3-4 guy, and is a great coverage LB. Carpenter is slow to pick up new systems, so he probably would struggle to pick up a Tampa 2

A LB core of Simms on the weak side, Burnett on the strong side, and Vilma in the middle would be sick
