Here are the correct details which have now been confirmed:

Jets will now receive a 2008 4th round pick that could turn into a 2009 2nd or 3rd round pick based upon Vilma reaching certain incentives and signing a contract extension.

If the Jets end up getting one of those 2009 picks, they would then send their 4th round pick to the Saints.
