Maybe he really likes the city of detroit and doesent want to move.

True but maybe its the city of Detroit... I've been there prolly a couple dozen times and it's really nice how everything is set up around Comerica and Ford field.

I'm glad that Roy Williams wants to stay in Detroit. With us releasing a big part of our offense in Kevin Jones and having some difficulties at the quarterback position with Kitna's inconsistency, it's nice to know someone wants to remain in the Motor City. Hopefully we can get Mr. Williams a winning season before he leaves the team or decides to retire.
