Default Bad Draft hints

I always go into the draft with a plan. The base plan I go in with is I have is:
Rounds 1-4 take the best RB, QB, WR on the board. I have drafted 4 RBs in a row also I have ended up with two QBs. You can always trade them later for some help after the draft. I think you would be better with four top ranked players reguardless of position rather than trying to feel needs early on.
Rounds 5-8 First i check to see if anyone from my top 40 is here then I build depth at RB, QB, and maybe WR this is where you need to be very aware of bye weeks. Also I keep a look for the top TE or Defense.
Round 9-12 If I have not drafted a TE def then I will do it here. Also you can find some good 3rd or 4th WR here.
Round 13-14 I like to take sleepers here, some one that is rated that high that could have a big year. John Kitna, Kevin Curtis are some I like this year.
Round 15 Kicker.

I have been know to wait until the last two rounds to get a Def and a K. Heck on more than once I have not drafted a kicker at all. This gives you an extra position player that you can trade.

If I did not draft a kicker and some times even if I have I like to offer lopsided trades. I will trade 3 players for 2. The other guy thinks he is getting a deal so more than likely he will take it. I can increase my quality of players and open a spot for a kicker.

This is by no ways a sure way to win it has helped me but you have to set your plan with what type of system you will be playing in. Yahoo and some other ones now want 3 starting WR so this increases their worth.

So why did you title this thread "Bad draft hints"?

Not all of it is bad advice... but some of it is just strange.
