You have the matchups reversed. It's Emmitt @ BUF and DD vs JAC. I'd also start Emmitt though. As for your QB situation I'd start Harrington out of those three.

Davis hasn't really done anything all year to stand out. He hasn't even had a 100-yard rushing game this season I don't believe. To make his case worse he'll be running against a tough Jaguar defense. For Emmitt's case he's had two 100-yard games (given one was against a piss poor NO defense).

DD hasn't produced so far and to me, until he does, I would play who has been producing. In this case it's sadly Emmitt Smith.
