i only played three leagues and won one outright and got 2nd in another. the third was a disappointment finishing 8th i believe. but still, pretty damn good results.

In my league run at work.

I finished FIRST!!

$240 pot.

Bunch of casual pansies at work. They thought I was a study freak.

No I just paid attention and didnt let things slip by.

I got squat from my QB all year,

Dillion and KJ carried me, plus Gonzo was consistent.

Balance is the key. Dont depend on one big stud. That is what killed everybody else. They left their TE, K, DEF alone and I didnt.

I was in 2 leagues, I came 3rd (out of 8 teams) and 7th (out of 10 teams) in those leagues. Pretty good seeing it was my first year playing Fantasy Football

I was in only one league. A money league. I won the Fantasy Superbowl, but my payoff was only 100 bucks. 12 teams, and a 60 dollar entry fee, only 100 bucks. Thats because there is a payoff for almost everything. 30 dollor payoff to the team with the lowest point total. WDF is that. 10 dollar payoff to the teams who didn't make the playoffs. WDF is that. 80 dollar payoff to the team who went to the SB, but did'nt win. I only get an additional 20 bucks winning it all.
Its a bunch of BS.

Despite the football freak I am this was my first year and I only did one league with some friends and fans from wrestling that was for no money. My first pick was Peyton Manning, anybody know how he did this year ? I also grabbed Westbrook, Dunn, Owens, Keyshawn, McCareins, Gonzo, the Pats D and some others and was able to sit on them pretty much all year other then an occassional pick-up for byes. On the Pats bye week instead of starting the Bears D, I dropped them and picked up the Atlanta D, which was coincidently the week they had that turnover fest vs. the Cards . I finished first at 12-4 despite not having the internet for 2 months in the middle of the season because I moved (during which I went on a 7 game win streak).
