Seems like a pretty equal trade but giving up Moss could hurt because he will put up monster numbers this year. However Julius Jones will be a stud the Cowboys will hand him the ball like crazy and I think Portis will bounce back.
I would do it unless I didnt have depth at WR and was strong at RB.

I pulled the trigger based on the fact we start 3 WR's and I still have 3 pretty darn good ones with Owens, Smith and Wayne and decent depth with Mason, Stokely and Stallworth.
I really needed the help at RB because before this trade my RB's were Ronnie Brown, Chris Brown, Tatum Bell, TJ Duckett and Travis Henry.
Now I can start Jones, Portis and Brown and still have Bell and either Duckett or Henry as back up's.
(In fantasy terms)
Portis > Moss
Julius > Brown
Jets < Ravens but who cares? It's only D and it's not enough to make up for the edge at the other positions.
Take into consideration that WR was and still is a strength anyway and your RBs previously were weak. You're much better off now, IMO.
