10-12 teams is best IMO.
I like 20 teams, you have to know a lot about depth. I joined the other one an hour before the draft just to have something to do while I was waiting for my pick to come around in the 20 team.

Team 1 isn't that bad at all, because it's a 20 team league. Team 2 is pretty good, but you'd have to be a retard to draft a bad team in a 6 team league.
