For those nfl-fans leagues we have going on over at xpertleagues, how do you add a FA?

I realized the other day that I don't have a kicker on my roster and need to add one, but I have found no way to add a kicker...


I'm sure I'm just overlooking something but if someone can point it out to me that would be great...
