The Niners defense could be good, granted they get any offensive production. Even more against the Texans

Their backfield looks horrible. Both starting safeties and cornerbacks are out. They will be replaced by some practice squad guys. Their D-Line dont put any pressure on opposing QB's, theres no need to start this crappy Defense.

I think fargas is good for a TD. Depends if they turn it over alot, which they may. New York should posess the ball pretty much the whole time.
