Hello everyone, as the time arrives nearer and nearer, I have FINALLY decided to make a post about ForumsWorld's first ever on-forum Fantasy pool. I am looking for 8-12 members to join, and I will tell you how this one works.
Everyone that join should either have MSN for the draft, or get it. Just create a quick e-mail and you will be done in seconds. You may trade players as well.
When the time is right to hold the draft, I will hold a 2 big MSN conversations, with all the players in the NFL avaliable to draft. These will be seperated into 8 Rounds;
1-QuarterBacks
2-TailBacks
3-FullBacks
4-Tight Ends
5-Wide Recievers
6-Defensive Units
7-Kickers
8-Kick/Punt Returners
We will have 1 round each of them, thus making 8 rounds. The leftover players will be put into a pool for the adding/dropping players. Here are some other functions on how this pool will work.
-Adding/Dropping Players(Defensive Units): Each week, you will have 4 add/drop spots. You may either gain 4 new players or pick up, at the upmost, 2 players without dropping any players.
-Roster Amounts: Your roster will conclude of 2 QB's, 2 RB's, 1 FB, 2 TE's, 3 WR's, 1 DU, 2 K's, 3 P/K R's. The amount of that equals 16, but your actual roster will be 19, so you have 3 spots to openly add players to recover an injured player on your sqaud.
-Point Scoring System: This system is the easiest to do without using Yahoo or anything. That is the following;
TD=6 Points
XP=1 Point
FG=3 Points
S Via DU (Safety Via Defensive Unit)=1
Win=2 Points
-Team Name: To add a little fun, you may select a team name from any NFL team in the NFL as of now.
More rules and functions will be introduced throughout. I also need 2 other people to calculate stats and deduct/add points to teams. Please join EVERYONE! Plz post your Hotmails. Or get one.
