I am in a bind with injuries and RBs losing carries. Who should I use as my keeper? Just ONE

Julius Jones (lose carries to Barber)
Kevin Jones (hurt and Lions signed Tatum Bell & Duckett)
Reggie Wayne
Tony Romo
Drew Brees

In another league same thing ONE KEEPER:

Warrick Dunn, Cadillac Williams, Terrell Owens, Javon Walker

In this league I am leaning towards keeping Owens. Maybe Cadillac hoping he bounces back

so much depends on scoring formats and who else other people will be cutting. even if drew brees was the #3 QB overall, if everybody was dropping their QBs its less essential to keep him. just from a quick look i would say stick with julius jones and cadillac williams, but i'm assuming that RBs are at a premium and they're younger options. if you want more advice then i need more info.
