I am looking for a free site that I can host a FFL for work. I want it where I can setup my own scoring system and rules and so forth. Here is everything I've come up with so far:

FREE AGENCY RULES:

#1. The only way to acquire a free agent or agents will be through the Waiver Wire system, meaning, that if multiple teams submit a request for the same player, the team with the highest waiver priority (worst record, or in the event of identical records, lowest points) will be awarded that player.

#2. Each team will only be allowed a total of five waiver requests for the season unless a player is on IR or out for a period of more than three weeks.

#3. Bye Weeks. Please be aware of your players bye week's when drafting.

#4.All waiver requests must be submitted no later than Thursday of that weeks games.


TRADES AND TRADE DEADLINE:

#1. The trading deadline is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Any and all trades must be submitted and approved before this day.

#2. ABSOLUTELY NO FIRE SALES!!! If your team is out of contention and you try to assist another team by trading a stud player for a ham and egger, both teams automatically forfeit their entire season.

#3. NUMBER OF TRADES: Each team will be limited to three trades during the season. All trades must be submitted to the commissioner no later than Wednesday of each week. Then all parties not involved in the requested transaction will review the trade for a maximum of two days. Decisions will be announced no later than Friday. Note: In the event of Thursday games. If any player(s) in any trade is involved in a Thursday game, trade must be submitted by Tuesday and decisions must be made by 2pm on Thursday.


PLAYOFFS:

Playoffs will run weeks 15,16 and 17. We will follow the NFL format and the top six teams will make the playoffs with the top two teams earning a bye week in round one.

DRAFT:

The draft will be contested under the bidding system. The commissioner will start by saying a players name and the opening bid. Then it will go around to each team and if they choose to bid they will say their amount or if they're not interested they will simply say pass. The player will go to the highest bidder. Salary cap amount yet to be determined.

WHAT YOU NEED ON DRAFT DAY:

Draft Magazine (optional, but it is advised simply to keep a better record of who is available and so forth.)

Something to keep track of who you drafted, this will need to be turned into the commissioner following draft.

Trade restrictions suck. Your league will suck too.

The best free site is Yahoo. If you don't want to pay figure out a way to use them. If you want to pay and want more options charge everyone in your league like $3 and go to Xpert Sports. Excellent setup there for custom leagues.

trading players in keeper and dynasty leagues makes things alot more intresting. I wouldnt put a cap on transactions if I were you, but good luck. I have run my league on myfantasyleague.com for 4 years now and never had a problem.
