NYG will probably have 1 rushing TD and a fair amount of rushing yards, but the time share is a factor that should split the rushing stats right down the middle for Ward and Jacobs.
McGahee does have a good matchup statistically, against St. Louis who is ranked 28th in run defense, giving up 8 TD's and 740 yards total so far this season. Anything can happen on this game though, like their pass-game might start clicking, or they might not be able to execute in the red zone which is typical lately for BAL.
I think the DAL defense will have a large focus on contending with NE's great passing game, giving Morris ample opportunity to get atleast 100yds/TD.
Adrian Peterson has a real comfortable amount of consistency. He'll get great scrimmage yards and probably a score.
edit: McGahee is doing nicely today, as is Adrian Peterson; looking forward to the next two games later in the day
