The only restriction is that they start before 71. If we based it on number of years played before that time then over a dozen players would have to be dropped from rosters. I get where you're coming from, but most of the head coaches chosen had their biggest success in the 70's. Noll, Landry, Shula, Stram. They coached for so long that their tenures kind of make the 71 rule look a little dumb, but i think we should hold to it this year for coaches.
