I don't have enough time to explain all the rules to newcomers, but we basically do a draft where you choose players from every era to make up your starters for defense, offense and special teams. We'll be doing two separate drafts, one old school and one new. I'm starting this now because this place has been slow lately and we'll probably need a few days to get a lot of participants. Tomorrow night i'll post the rules and how it all goes down. I'd follow Roy's advice though and post a little more if you're going to be in this. We've had commitment issues in the past.

depends on the position i guess. Personally i wish size didn't matter, but people made a big deal out of it last year. If you can find old players with the right stuff, then go ahead and take him.
