Default Keeper league quandry and trade advice needed.

I have a bit of a problem (although admittingly a good problem to have) in my keeper league.

We keep 6 offensive, and 4 IDPs next season.

Here is my roster as of the end of last year (I went 15-1 in the regular season and farted in the playoffs and was ousted the first round, go figure)

QB
Tom Brady
Derek Anderson

RB
LT
Willie Parker
Ryan Grant
Michael Turner
Najeh Davenport
Fred Taylor
Darren Sproles

WR
TJ Houshmanzadeh
Terrel Owens
Javon Walker
Derrick Mason
Marques Colston

TE
Jason Whitten

K
SeaBass

DEF
Jon Beason
AJ Hawk
David Harris
Demeco Ryans
Mike Vrabel

Mike McKenzie
Sean Jones
Nathan Vasher
Gibril Wilson

So problem #1 is deciding on my keepers. The scoring system is pretty standard for both IDPs and offensive positions. We start QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R, K, D Flex, D Flex, DB, DL, DL

So at this time, I'm thinking Brady, LT, TO, Housh, and two of my other RBs ( any two combo of Michael Turner, Ryan Grant, or Willie Parker).

For IDPs - I'm leaning towards taking 3 DL and 1 DB (Probably a combo of Beason, Harris, Ryans, and Sean Jones (maybe Vasher if he's healthy, or Gibril Wilson now that he's with Oaklan)

Any advice on that?

Secondly, I was offered a trade by someone who realizes I can't keep all of my offensive players. He is offering Moss for a combo of Housh and a back. This brings up a couple of problems for me - most noteably the fact that I would be "double dipping" with Moss and Brady - which seems like a great idea (especially after last season), but still makes me a bit uneasy.

His keeper worthy players on his roster is as follows:

QB
Tony Romo
RB
Marion Barber
Rudi Johnson
Maurice Jones Drew
Jerrious Norwood
WR
Randy Moss
Andre Johnson

And that's about it. I think giving up a Parker/Grant + Housh for just Randy Moss is a bit of a crapshoot, and would like to get more value for them. I was thinking of coupling Grant + Turner + Housh for Moss + MJD and seeing if he bites on that. Or maybe offer both Grant and Parker and Housh for Moss and MJD.

Thoughts?

Of course, I'm trying to maximize my team for next year, and I definitely don't mind losing a bit in this trade to do so.

In any case, thoughts are appreciated.

Hopefully I can ride off into the sunset this year with a championship

I'd do the second thing. Because MJD is going to have a sexual explosion last year and you can't go wrong with Brady to Moss its like Montana to Rice or Young to Rice.

I'm feeling him out on a Grant/Parker/Turner + Housh for Moss and MJD trade. I think he may bite, but who knows?

I just don't like having all of my eggs in one basket. Because when Moss and Brady both have bad games, it sinks this team (see the playoffs last year in the first round).

Also, I'm not sold on MJD as an every down back. But who knows? his question marks are a lot less than that of a Grant and Turner (and I guess Parker now too with his leg)

Update on the situation:

Including MJD in the deal was just shot down.

What he's suggesting is Moss + his 1st and 4th rounder

for

Grant/Parker + Housh + my 2nd and 5th rounder.

I figure since I'm losing one of them anyway - I might as well take this and upgrade at WR and move up in the draft.

Now I just gotta choose which one to give him between Grant and Parker.
