Playing college football has been a drastic change in everything playing this sport. I play Strong Safety and WLB but I have grown too big to continue to play it. I just am not as quick and fast as I used to be, I'm more of a hands-on, manhandle you type of player. My football strength and aggression has always been a huge factor to why I am good at this game but it is just so hard to use that when I'm not fast enough to get my pads on anyone outside of the box. I am putting on more mass and am going to play defensive line next season, was wondering where I can get some good advice on training.
