I want Favre to kick some serious a$$ this year just for all of you people who love to see him fail. He will have Driver and Gardner still and could have some other good recievers join the roster. SOme talent on the line would be good. Woodson instead of Carrol. Harris played solid towards the end of last season. Arrington could still be in the mix. And AJ Hawk. Dont discount the pack from being the team(or better) than they were 3 yrs ago. At first i thought there would be no hope for this Pack organization for the next 10yrs. but now the more I look at it, they have a shot. Not a huge one, but I pick them to win this division. I want Favre to ride into the sunset near the top of his game. And he could never have done that by retiring right now. I am glad hes coming back.

Well said. We also still have Robert Ferguson and now Marc Boerighter. Neither one is Walker quality, but Favre can make any reciever look better, and if not, Green, Gado and Davenport is a solid rushing threat, depending on how Green has recovered. Allen will be a huge help, Hawk will be Hawk, and the Woodson/Harris/Manuel combo may well be the best secondary in the NFC this year. There's a lot of hope, and Favre's motivation to go out on a good note is a big factor as well. All we need is some OL, and we'll not only take the division, but we may even hold our own in the playoffs.

with walker's trade imminant, and now, as prof posted, donald driver wants out, the packers may be hurting at the WR spot. ferguson isn't really more than a decent #2, so if both walker and driver are traded, they have to find a new #1 fast. having also released murphy, they would be running thin at WR. trading walker to the broncos for lelie would help. they could also use a later first day pick on a WR
Storm can evealuate a team fairly unless they anger him. and Storm you have no inside blockers unless your planing to do alot of speed running, your backs are no threat.
