Don't be so thankful matt, you guys could have had Jackson at that pick instead of a guy who is coming off a major injury and wants money. Anyway despite green bay not taking a couple of guys that I thought they should have, I think they are in the top five in terms of what they did. They certainly addressed many needs.
You can F------- have him. He ain't gonna be 1/3rd of what he was after an injury like that anyway.

Yes, but as I said, we coulda had Chad Jackson!!!!
storm there is no guarentee that jackson would be a star and filling the other needs is worth more than that risk.
Yes and no. Yes, because we did an excellent job of filling needs and fortifying the D. No, because star player or not, the offense we run calls for at least one deep threat reciever. We didn't have one last year, and we had 29 picks. Now Walker's gone, Murphy's gone, Ferguson's coming off a severe injury. We got Boerighter, Jennings, and some 4th rounder who will be a KR at best. That's why we could have used Jackson (or gotten Lelie for Walker). If it weren't for that one NE trade, I'd be giving this draft an A.
this should cheer you up, minnesota trade c-pep for a center that won't even start this year. LOL If they could land martin nance who wasn't drafted, that could help.

It won't matter who their center is when they have the athletic equivalent of a totem pole behind him. This is not going to be a good season for ANY of the north teams...
