Vick is a bottom 3 QB and top 5 RB. Favre isn't a top 10 QB anymore, anyone who puts him in the top 10 is looking through green and yellow goggles. He is at best the number 15 QB in the league right now. He is too old and too stubborn to realize he can't beat every defense with his arm and make every throw anymore.
You are saying look back two years, well yeah, take two years off of any player and they will be better, but when a guy has thrown almost 50 picks in the last two years is not a top QB, by any means.
You mention the talent around him, but the WRs didn't pass into coverage, or make ugly throws that were picked off, he did.
i dont care how old Brett Favre is, he still has one of the best arms in the NFL... he can still throw a Football harder and farther than almost any other qb who are in their 20's, like Eli Manning or Ben Rothlesberger... in my eyes Favre, when he has the talent around him, is still one of the best qbs in the league... i dont really care about how all you others critisize him because of 1 bad season he had.. this year he will not do near as bad, and will be back to his old form...
I hope he does, but I seriously doubt it if he just keeps throwing into coverage. If he will be more selective I agree he still has a great arm, but he can't keep making stupid throws and bad reads.

Based on what? the packers have done nothing to improve and they lost another limeman. There offense proved nothing last year aside from that anyone can go down hurt at anytime.

Again, your only arguments against Favre pertain solely to last year. A year he had NO ONE. Let's go back 2-3 years, back to when he actually had a team, and stack him against the 10 you mentioned. Peyton, Brady, McNabb are the only ones there that did better than Favre. That should for all rights make Favre a top 5, but i'll give you 10 just on account of him getting old. Also, I can't believe anyone who claims to know football would put Vick as a top 10 QB. Give me a break...
I really don't care about what "Was". To be honest, Farve and the Pack were a major failure in the playoffs when they got there recently (2-5, 2-2 at Lambeau, the place where the Pack "Never lost" a playoff game), but that was the past. Let's talk about NOW. Farve is an old QB. Farve has lost his judgement ability. Green Bay does not have a good team. Farve is nowheres near the QB that he was. That is today. You can not tell me that what Farve did 5 years ago matters today because it does not. You can only go by the most recent results, and Farve was NOT a top 10 QB last year, nor will he be this year. Farve is finished, and so are the Packers until this egotistical player finally hangs them up.

We'll let this one go. You're never gonna convince me Favre sucks, and I am probably not going to convince you he doesn't. We'll see just how bad he does when the season starts. My expectations are not too high, but apparently still better than yours.
Nobody even really said enough about Harris not being there, that is much more important than Favre. If Woodson and Harris are both ready and healthy, that's two good corners. Favre might be able to hand off and not even have to throw if two corners are actually locking up receivers.
