The Packers trading for Chiefs running back Larry Johnson is a long shot...but it's still more than no shot.

Larry Johnson is in the last year of his Chiefs contract. The running back threatening to hold out of training camp, because he wants LaDanian Tomlinson type money, around 60 million dollars.

Kansas City would also want a high draft pick, possibly a first rounder.

Thompson's only in the running for that award because of his lack of testicular fortitude and unwillingness to spend money. Bringing in a big name like LJ would change all that. Which is why it won't happen.
