Hell no, they didn't just pay the guy that money to be overtaken..and Jennings won't be better anyways..so it's a moot point i guess.

You might do well to hold the smack about Jennings until he has a full season under his belt. You might also remember how well he was playing, even as a rookie, before he got hurt.

That said, I wish we'd quit giving extensions to dudes in their 30's and watching young talent and potential FA signings walk out the door. I like Driver, but he did not deserve a Pro Bowl nomination, and he sure as hell did not deserve this raise. Way to go AGAIN, Teddy. If he had paid Wahle, Green and Walker instead of Barnett, Harris, and Driver, this would still be our division...
