Green Bay - Wisconsin punter Ken Debauche has agreed to terms on a free-agent contract with the Packers, according to Journal Sentinel Badgers beat writer Mark Stewart.
Debauche is a native of Suamico, a Green Bay suburb, and he attended Bayport High School.
Debauche, 6-1 and 218 pounds, averaged 42.5 yards, which ranks second all-time at Wisconsin. Only 115 of 231 attempts were returned. Can also on placekicks.

Sat out the 2004 season after tearing the ACL in his left knee, and he missed much of his senior year because of a broken right thumb (two games) and a torn lateral meniscus and sprained posterior cruciate ligament in his left knee (four games).....Was always in a rotation or stuck behind Knowshon Moreno and Thomas Brown...Played in just six games as a senior and rushed 12 times for 44 yards after carrying 162 times for 798 yards and six touchdowns as a junior....Tough to take down but doesn't have great speed and has durability issues.

He enrolled at Syracuse in 2006 and had season ended after four games with a collarbone injury. Smith started all 12 games of the 2007 season finishing with 44 catches, 822 receiving yards and five receiving touchdowns. Turned pro with one year of eligibility remaining...Will turn 25 in September...Has great vision and is good after the catch....Reportedly has character issues stemming from high school and junior college.

WR Jake Allen, Mississippi College

Allen is 6-4, 185 pounds and reportedly runs the 40-yard dash in 4.56 seconds.

LB Marcus Riley (Fresno State)

Marcus Riley (5-11.5, 224) did not get that important call during the second day of the seven-round NFL Draft. Nevertheless, he signed a free agent deal with the Green Bay Packers minutes after the draft was over Sunday evening. The Packers lost to the eventual Super Bowl Champions New York Giants in the NFC Championship Game last season.
“I signed, committed 5-10 minutes after the draft,” Riley told BB.C Sunday evening. “I felt the Packers were the best fit for me to make the 53-man roster.”
Riley says the Bears, Raiders, and Rams were some of the other teams that showed interest in signing him

Jansen, 6-foot-3 and 254 pounds, ran 40-yard times of 4.77 and 4.82 seconds at his pro day. He had a 32 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 9-foot-2 broad jump and completed 15 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. He is 22-years old.
Took over at long snapper for the Irish midway through the 2005 season and has never had a botched snap on any of his 300-odd attempts between punts and field goals.

C Brennen Carvalho, Portland St

He was not invited to the combine, but he did take part in the Hula Bowl. He was a three-time first-team all-Big Sky Conference selection and two-time all-American. He has played both guard and center.
